By day, Jason Dreyer is a driving force behind learning experiences that keep teams safe and informed within the world of environmental engineering and landfill management. As a Learning and Development Manager, he balances technical training with leadership development, empowering both employees and managers to excel in their roles.

Having been a long-time member of ATD-OC since 2008, Jason understands the unique value of a local L&D community. As someone who has often operated on small teams or as a "team of one," he credits the chapter with providing a vital space to hear new perspectives, stay grounded, and grow alongside fellow professionals.

Jason’s passion for creativity extends well beyond the office. Off the clock, he manages a musical alter ego, having curated nearly 70 Spotify playlists and a dedicated Instagram page for music discovery. Whether he is designing a safety protocol or crafting the perfect playlist, Jason is always finding new, effective ways to share and engage.
