ATD-OC Learning Advisor Application

ATD-OC Membership is not required.

As a Learning Advisor, you will contribute to your Skills Developer's (SD) career by working with the SDA team to develop a learning plan and advising the SD throughout the agree upon project cycle. You will advise on the topics of quality control, course corrections, the final minimum viable product (MVP), and sign off on the resulting certification.

The Skills Developer (SD) and the Learning Advisor (LA) will agree in advance on the amount of time each will spend on the SDA project. The majority of the time commitment is the responsibility of the SD. The LA role is not intended to require a significant amount of time unless agreed upon in advance.

Once you have submitted your application, a member of the SDA Leadership Team will respond to you within 10 business days.
