Speaker, trainer, manager and award-winning sales professional Curtis McCullom has spent more than 25 years of studying and teaching what it takes to achieve unlimited success as well as conducting personal development, sales, business, and financial workshops. His last position held was Managing Director, with National Life Group.

Curtis has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University. He just finished he educational requirements to become a Certify Financial Planner CFP®. Curtis has a Trainer Certification in Dimensions of Professional Selling from Carew International. He was also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) master practitioner, Time Line Therapy™ practitioner, and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).

As "Champion of the Year" in 1993, Curtis studied under world-renowned master motivators and sales trainers, such as Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robbins, Dr. Tad James, Jim Rohn, Dr. Denis Waitley and Tom Hopkins.

Curtis has broken many sales records by personally applying the communication and success techniques he teaches. The following list highlights a few of Curtis’ accomplishments:

• Consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of 600 producers at WM Financial Service and was recognized as a President Club Member for elite producers.

• Coached sales teams ranging from 2 to 20 bank employees on the art of consultative selling resulting in 300 percent increase in sales production within 2 years of hire.

• Generated more than $12 million a year in annuity sale and produced gross commissions of more than $600,000 per year in two short as a financial consultant with WM Financial Services, a Washington Mutual Bank Co.

• Broke all standing records for annual sales and production and tripled his personal income in a single year with the Independent Order of Foresters, which also named him "Rookie of the Year" and "Agent of the Year.”

• As the youngest branch manager in Thrifty Drug Store history, increased sales volume by 30 percent, oversaw 75 employees, and managed 3 retail stores with leadership skills that kept morale and productivity high.

• Created successful marketing strategies including: sales training manuals, customized webinar presentations, telemarketing scripts, live seminars, email campaigns, and direct mail pieces.

• Featured in “Selling Power” audio magazine discussing his Rapport FactorTM selling technique.
