Rachael Lewis, a Senior OD consultant at Experian, has over 10 years experience in OD after spending the first half of her career as a line manager leading geographically dispersed teams on three continents through numerous change and growth efforts. Prior to her current role, Rachael was Global Talent Manager at Experian in London and in performance consulting at CUNA Mutual. Her primary passion is in helping organizations achieve their business goals by positively transforming the way people engage in work. Her expertise includes Organization Design, Global Talent Management and Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Team Development, Change, Executive Coaching and partnering with senior leaders to achieve business goals.
As an external consultant, Rachael has had the privilege of consulting to clients such as Dr. Pepper/7up, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, Sears, Toyota, Sony Pictures, Verizon, Oracle, and RedHat. In 2001, she published Leading High Impact Teams: The Coach Approach to Peak Performance, which CEO Refresher recognized as a Top 10 Business Book that year. One of the first Coaches credentialed by the International Coach Federation, Rachael is a Master Certified Coach and also founded the International Coach Federation Orange County Chapter, still in operation today. She holds an MS in OD from Pepperdine and SHRM’s GPHR designation.
