Navigating Culture Shift: Redesigning the Leadership, Learning & New Employee Orientation programs as a catalyst for culture change at Southern California Edison 

What does it take create a culture shift in an organization of 14,000 employees? With industry changes, traumatic events and an internal reorganization Southern California Edison has made a big push over the last 3 years to change the culture of the organization.
