Coaching for Behavior Change at ADP©

Making changes stick often comes down to the ability for individuals to change their behavior, which we all know is easier said than done!

Join us as we learn from Tom Mueller, Vice President of Client Experience and Candy Cousimano, Leadership Quality Coach at ADP© to hear how they transformed their internal mentoring program to a coaching program for leaders to build manager capabilities in coaching for associate behavior change.

Tom and Candy will discuss the shift from mentoring associates, to a focus on both new hires as well as leadership in order to better equip managers to coach their direct reports. They will focus on the WHY behind the shift, highlight the transformation, and then discuss the composition of their current coaching program.

This program will help you improve your ability to:

  • Use the power of WHY to engage Sr. Leadership’s support for a new coaching program.
  • Leverage best practices for coaching leaders of people in your organization.
  • Determine elements of an effective change coaching model.
  • Incorporate critical components of leadership coaching into performance management.
