How you begin and end your training sessions is critical to your success as a facilitator. An effective opening can set a tone of enthusiasm and anticipation, help you quickly engage participants, and establish the level of comfort essential to creating open discussion. Similarly, a strong closing leaves the participants with a sense of closure and a clear understanding of the value they gained from their experience.
