Do you ever wish you had a quick exercise, helpful model, or the perfect metaphor to make a key learning point or provide the exact right response to a question or challenge that comes up when you’re training? You know, the stuff to pull out of your “back pocket” in that moment of need.
Or, are you bored with some of your facilitation and just need some fresh ideas?
Susan Gerke’s been a trainer for 27 years and is going to open her “kit bag” of tips and tools and share them with us. She promises a very interactive session with tips that can work for a variety of training topics. And, she’s bringing a handout that will help you capture all the ideas she shares—as well as those that emerge from the interaction with the group.
Come join your fellow trainers and add some cool things to your “back pocket!”
