About our presenter:
Jennifer DePaola serves as SVP, Human Resources & Chief Diversity Officer at Young's Market Company. She oversees all recruiting, training, leadership, talent development, HR operations and corporate diversity. Prior to joining Young’s Market Company in 2012, she served in Human resources leadership roles in a variety of organizations and industries including The Walt Disney Company, Anchor Blue, Ruby’s Diner, BJ’s Restaurants, Allergan, and Advantage Sales and Marketing. Jennifer has a BA in Organizational & Interpersonal Communications from CSUF, and an MA in Organization Leadership from Chapman University.
