Tom has over 12 years’ experience in learning and development including over 10,000 hours training delivery time, designing and managing learning programs, and Instructional design. His training experience covers leadership development, new-hire training, succession planning, new-leader onboarding, customer service, sales, technical, and continuous learning topics. In addition to earning his CPLP credential from ATD, Tom earned his Project Management Certification form UCLA Extension, and is in the process of earning his E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from UCI Extension.
