Have you ever tried to implement a change without the support needed? Has your change effort faltered because the people implementing it:

  • don’t have the authority needed to make the changes,
  • don’t have the operational knowledge to integrate key processes into the change, or
  • have the titles, but are not people of influence in the organization?

Join us as Denise Lamonte shares best practices and lessons learned through leading a change coalition to prepare for an organization-wide change while she worked at St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare as Talent & Organization Effectiveness Manager.

This program will help you improve your ability to:

  • –   Choose coalition members
  • –   Build a cohesive team
  • –   Develop structures that strengthen and empower
  • –   Know when to continue and when to disband

The Change Leadership SIG program includes a broad overview and discussion of one change model, a presentation of a real-world case study, and an opportunity to interact with others who are learning about and implementing organizational change.

Change is a constant in organizations. Join us to add Change Coalitions to your change leadership toolbox.
