ATD advocates the ADDIE model when designing training -- in fact, our Total Trainer University is built on it.  But is that model the best approach when designing eLearning?

In this webinar, we'll tap into the experiences of our community to discuss different instructional design methodologies applied when creating eLearning.

While we doubt consensus will be achieved in the course of a webinar, you'll leave with a good idea of the approaches you can take when designing your next eLearning project.

Viewed as an opportunity to design cost-effective just-in-time training interventions to a decentralized workforce, approximately half of formal learning hours are delivered using some technological resource.

ATD-OC's Training and Technology SIG intends to provide both opportunity to:

  • learn about the technologies that drive both eLearning and mLearning
  • share among peers the lessons learned for eLearning implementation

Our primary goal: By the end of the year, each participant will have created a training module that can represent their skills as an eLearning instructional designer.

This event is free for all attendees (members and non-members). However, when this SIG officially launches in April, attendance is exclusive to ATD-Orange County Members. Join now, if you are not a member.
