In our next session we'll discuss what to consider when we analyze learner needs for our training project (no matter which methodology we use). This being the Training and Technology SIG, we'll explore those considerations unique to creating eLearning content. And, as our client is a non-profit organization, we'll address the additional questions necessary to ensure your client's needs are met.

These in-person sessions will be designed to be a blend of presentation and application. Not only will we be talking about conducting a Needs Analysis, we'll be providing the opportunity to interview OneOC Subject Matter Experts for our SIG Project.
