About Our Speakers:
Steve Thorne has over 15 years’ experience facilitating a variety of Talent Management and Human Resources functions in Fortune 500 companies. Currently Steve is Senior Manager for Global Talent Management at Panasonic Avionics Corporation. In this role he leads Global Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Talent Planning. He previously held internal talent management leadership and consulting roles at Toyota, Source Refrigeration, and Southern California Edison. His areas of expertise include organizational development, performance management, training, coaching, and change management.
John Azzara has 15 years’ experience leading and consulting talent development functions for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. He’s held internal roles leading organizational development for Toyota Financial Services and Option One Mortgage. In 2006 he launched is consulting practice, People Talent Solutions, where he consulted Fortune 500 companies on a variety of talent development topics. Currently he is Founder and CEO for Fast Mirror, a cloud-based blended learning platform. His areas of expertise include 360 feedback, competency modeling, performance management, change management, and learning technology.
