It’s easy to “force” leaders to participate in leadership development training, but what happens after the training is over? How can you reinforce leadership competencies and behaviors into everyday activities? How will you know if leaders are executing on what you taught them? How do you know if your other talent development efforts work in support of or against your leadership development efforts? The most effective leadership development programs are fully aligned with all people programs including recruitment, selection, succession planning, promotion, and more.

In this session you will:

  • Get ideas for steps you can take to integrate leadership development with other talent development programs in your organization.
  • Learn how to build accountability into leadership development programs.
  • Establish a framework and methodology for evaluating leadership development efforts.
