Three days into the flight of Apollo 13, Astronaut Jack Swigert radioed that famous understatement to Mission Control.  They had a problem indeed – a ruptured oxygen tank scuttled the ongoing mission to the moon and threatened the lives of the crew.  Recent compelling research suggests that “we have a problem” in corporate training and development; one with the potential to scuttle our mission.  The problem is learning transfer – or more precisely, the lack of learning transfer by many program participants.

In this interactive session, designed for those who oversee the training function or manage training programs, Andrew Jefferson, Co-founder and CEO of The 6Ds Company will focus on:

  • The magnitude of the problem, why it has become suddenly even more critical in today’s competitive marketplace;
  • The Disciplines necessary to effect positive change;
  • What you can do to drive learning transfer and business and organizational results from training.

You’ll leave the session with information, insights and tools that you can apply immediately in your organization.
