How do you shift leaders from a group of individuals working in silos to an empowered community that can take the organization to the next level? Changing a culture, especially a leadership culture, is tricky. That’s why it is always great to hear about organizations who have done this successfully.

Join us as Brenda Post, a local organization development & HR transformation leader, tells us how she shifted an organization’s leadership team to a culture of accountability. This transformation, guided by Patrick Lencioni’s, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, resulted in silos being broken down, improved client services and a stronger middle management team.

In this session you will hear the components of this 2-year transformation which included:

  • Initial assessment & training
  • Post-assessment with scorecards and learning assignments
  • Establishing communication best practices
  • Onboarding new managers into the culture of accountability

This Change SIG program will include an introduction and discussion of the Five Dysfunctions model, Brenda Post’s inspiring case study, and an opportunity to interact with others who are learning about and implementing organizational change.

Yeah, that’s a lot for 90 minutes, so bring your A-game and come prepared to participate!
