About the Presenter:

Pattie Grimm has over 25 years of experience in organizational development, change management, leadership, and team development. She started her career in financial services with two large banks where she was Vice President of Customer and People Excellence.  Pattie joined Microsoft to lead their transformation to a customer-centric and sales excellence company. Pattie spent three years in the Asia Pacific Region, where she led the region’s customer and partner excellence team.

Pattie is a masterful speaker, certified training professional and an empowerment expert for women, leaders, teams, and individuals.  She uses her talents and role as an author, speaker, radio show host, trainer, and coach to empower people to live their best professional and personal lives. 

Pattie owns a leadership and team development companies which empowers organizations, leaders, teams and women to achieve their full potential and contribute to the organization’s success.  Pattie is recognized as one of the top Women Leaders by the Executive International Women’s Association and Who’s Who in Women’s Leadership.

Pattie is an active volunteer with the Dana Point 5th Regiment Support Group, Women Helping Women, Working Wardrobe, Girls Inc., and Global GLOW (Girls Leading Our World). She lives in Laguna Niguel with her husband and two of the World’s Cutest Pugs, Roxie and Mango.
