Jan Slater, the founder of JanSlater.net and past President of ATD-OC, Jan has been working in the talent development industry for 35 years. Creating a training culture and designing customized training programs to solve organization challenges is a lifelong passion.

Gina Codd has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in various industries. She is the Vice President of Global Talent Management and Development and has been with Edwards 10 years.
Through the course of her employment at Edwards she has been the HR Leader for each business unit. In her current role, her team is responsible for areas such as talent management, technical training, leadership development, diversity, talent analytics, and HR acquisition/merger activity.
