The State of the Industry report is ATD's annual review of talent development trends, spending, and activities.  In 2017, this report indicated that the
  • Average Direct Learning Expenditure per Employee had increased to $1,273 per year.
  • Average Learning Hours Used Per Employee had increased to 34.1 hours per year.
What will these numbers look like in today's environment? 

We'll review those numbers, and also take a look at how organizational learning portfolios are being broken down,  and discuss if the report's findings are commensurate with your experiences here in Orange County.

We'll also review ATD-Orange County's annual report - a discussion on key accomplishments within our community as it supports OC talent development professionals.

Join us (online) as we discuss the key developments within our industry of the past year and how to apply the data to our own learning and development strategies.

Industry Knowledge is a Foundational ATD Competency. One skilled in this capacity is able to keep abreast of industry changes and trends, and build industry sector knowledge.
