Training Manager Meet Up (TMMU): Leadership Development Programs

Training Management Meet Ups (TMMU) are a series of webinars and in-person meetings devoted to helping training management personnel network with each other, learn from each other and share best practices.

November’s in-person meeting will focus on what attendees are doing—or would like to be doing—around Leadership Development programs.  Here’s what we’ll cover:

•  A Learning Leader Shares:  Michele Bivens, First Vice President and Training Director at Farmers & Merchants Bank, will spend some time sharing her organization’s Leadership Development Program.
• Leadership Development Program Group Discussion:  We’ll then have discussions in which all group members share questions and information on this topic with each other.
• General Discussions:  There will also be time for general discussion about what’s on your mind as a learning leader during which you’ll share questions, resources and successes.

Parking: There is parking in the structure across the street, and your parking will be validated.

• 7:30 registration, informal networking
• 7:45 program begins
• 9:00 program ends

Training Manager Meet Ups (TMMU) are a series of quarterly webinars and in-person meetings.  We invite all who hold a leadership role to join in our discussion.    

• The TMMU webinars are open to all.
• The TMMU in-person meetings are open to management personnel in the HR, Training, Performance Improvement, or Organizational Development functions to include: Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers and Supervisors.
