Our learners have changed. We can’t afford to solely focus on business impact and performance. We now serve an audience made of consumers. These consumers are used to incredible experiences and we have to find a way to ensure our solutions have a way to cut through the noise and gain our learners' attention, all while maintaining the integrity of our instructional design.
This requires a new set of tools, methods, and skills around experience design.
This workshop is designed to help you identify those tools, practice using them, and put together a plan to apply those tools when you get back to your job.
