ENCORE LIVE SESSION - If you couldn't attend Tuesday evening.

Evaluation is part of every aspect of talent development and especially training.

In this BizSIG virtual meeting, we delve into best practice evaluations for results.

AND the best news of all, during this time of ‘Stay at Home,’ your ticket to this virtual meeting is FREE.

The BizSIG is our only ATD-OC Membership SIG – meaning even members need to join. Yet we break the rules for this critical topic. We invite ATD-OC members, members of ATD or other ATD chapters, and EVEN NON-MEMBERS. In other words, if you’re breathing and interested, come join in on the discussion about best practice evaluations when results are critical.

The foundation for the discussion is Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training Evaluation – the single greatest model for evaluation of training (Everything else is just a bad copy.)

Don’t agree with the paragraph above? Come and contribute to the discussion. We’d love to hear your perspective.

Agenda for the Evening:

  • Introductions (depends on the number of attendees)
  • A 5-minute PowerPoint to frame the discussion
  • The rest of the time will be point / counterpoint. Come ready to listen, appreciate, learn, and add different perspectives.

Come ready to talk and hopefully light up your webcam for us to see you during at least one part of the program.

If measuring success was easy, we wouldn’t be talking about evaluations and training would be more appreciated for the results it delivers.

PS: Attendance is limited to 48 attendees – so sign up early!
