Our holiday event is about celebrating our successes and appreciation for those who have helped us succeed.  As you were a part of this community throughout the year, we invite you to be a part of this culminating event!

We also have joining us TEDx speaker and violinist Diane Allen.  In an experiential keynote performance, Diane will share her proprietary process making it possible for people to personally and professionally perform at their best, anytime, anyplace, no matter how high the pressure. Because her topic is fitting during the most challenging of times, her talk has since been elevated to the main TED platform.

Diane has helped thousands of people around the world to break through their performance gaps and unleash their potential and in this experiential multi-sensory talk she shows you how to successfully lead with the same skills she used to lead an orchestra and the audience without ever using a single word.

In this event, Diane will share her simple three-step system for people to first access their flow state and then apply it to be an influential leader.

Use the three steps to access the energy of influence, on demand

  • Experience personal bests on a daily basis.

About your Facilitator

TEDx speaker and violinist Diane Allen is on a mission to help people deeply engage with their lives and free their potential. Diane has helped thousands to get into their A-Game making creativity and outstanding performance readily available. As seen in her TEDxNaperville talk, Diane, an expert in helping people access the flow state, shows people how to shift into an optimal state of mind where people feel their best and perform their best. What began as a personal challenge for her to own her A-Game, has grown into a passion and a mastery for helping others to own theirs. A New York City trained violinist, Diane became the Concertmaster of the Central Oregon Symphony. With her Copper Dragon Violin in hand, she now helps organizations to cultivate their talent and maximize potential.

Diane has helped thousands of people around the world to break through their performance gaps and unleash their potential. Today, Diane is a sought-after speaker, and consultant to organizations, influential leaders and entrepreneurs looking for that edge of performance that only a fifty-year Copper Dragon Violinist can deliver.

Despite her education and numerous accolades, Diane remains authentic, humble and a very engaging speaker.
