The Schedule for the Evening:

6:00   Sit-down Dinner

6:30   Volunteer Recognition & Annual Membership Meeting

7:15   Presentation: "Who Are You...When you are BIG?"

Who Are You … When You Are BIG?

Our presenter, Kimberly Roush says...

There are no unresourceful people, only unresourceful states of mind.

I Believe In Greatness – and that’s BIG! I believe we can claim the best of who we are not from a place of ego, not by boasting, not by being better than anyone else - but just from a place of humble gratitude. It’s ego of the heart vs. the ego of the head!

I find that most people live on this seesaw wobbling between our most powerful selves and our powerless selves. Wobbling between our ego and our insecurities. This session leads you to discover your empowered self. It’s a place where you are in your most resourceful state of mind – you’re BIG state of mind. I give people a way to access that on demand so they can Be BIG, Live BIG and Lead BIG!

Lead yourself first! Get off autopilot. Standing firmly in the best of who you are - humbly and gratefully owning it.

This presentation will inspire you to play BIG. No more playing small! BIG isn’t about ego, title or money. It’s about who you are when you are in your most resourceful state.

You will learn that:

  • BIG is a state of mind that you can step into at any time.
  • BIG starts from within—from your own core values, strengths, skills and gifts.
  • BIG is easy—from this resourceful state, you stop working at anything and start playing with everything—work flows with ease.
  • BIG is game changing—not only at work but also in life.

All Attendees will receive a copy of Kimberly's Book.
