Then, we'll get into tips and tricks on navigating the job market and how to standout from a large pool of candidates. We'll also look at the interviewing process at FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google) companies and how to drastically improve your interviewing skills. You won't want to miss this!
About the Presenter:
Janet Lamwatthananon is a highly driven Talent Acquisition professional with 8+ years of experience in human resources and recruitment. She currently works as a Technical Sourcer at Facebook, where she hunts for engineers, analysts, and technical program managers for their Infrastructure Data Center Team. Janet is passionate about connecting people to their next best opportunity.
She started off her career as a recruiting coordinator at a high-growth startup and has since honed her skills in the tech space. Her resume includes companies such as ZipRecruiter, Uber, and now most recently, Facebook. Prior to her professional career, Janet earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Southern California.
In her free time, she likes to watch horror films, read fiction and business books, make cocktails, travel, and spend time with friends & family.
