     Thursday, May 27 (4 - 5:00PM)  After Chat:  Final pearls of wisdom and wrap up

In addition to our scheduled time together, this workshop includes discovery activities that can be done as your schedule allows between sessions.

Professional Experience:  At Bally Total Fitness, I established and led the training function for 13 years.  Since then, I’ve been a Training Consultant, helping organizations to design, develop, deliver and implement learning.

How I got into Training:  Perhaps like some of you, I sort of fell into training.  When I was young, I didn’t know there was a training profession, but once assigned to my first training project, I found I’d been a training person all along.  (And by the way, it turns out Lynn was a training person when she was growing up, too.)

You Will Find Me to Be:  Friendly, thoughtful, kind, encouraging, interested, creative, analytical, and highly motivated to help you take any learnings from the workshop and apply them when you’re back on the job.
