Purposeful and Attuned Play, aka PAP,™ is a much-needed addition to the Learning and Development curriculum. PAP™ creates an environment sparking creativity and energizing people.

Play at work is a bit different than play in general. When PAP™ is utilized correctly, there is less employee fatigue, boredom, stress, and burnout. PAP™ is also positively associated with job satisfaction, happiness, and creativity. Studies show teams with playful attitudes are more involved and enthusiastic and their results have higher inventiveness and innovation.

Studies confirm play enhances process and creative thinking for decision-making and problem-solving and creates a psychological safety at work.

In this lively session, participants will:

  • Gain Insights about Purposeful and Attuned Play aka PAP™
  • Experience the contribution PAP™ creates in their programs.
  • Learn high level engagement with clients.
  • Add tools and games to their L&D Skills and programs.

PAP™ reduces stress, keeps participants in the moment, improves resiliency and coping skills.

Above all, PAP facilitates a feeling of trust and safety for clients, participants, and L&D specialists. Plus, PAP™ is FUN and it’s a proven fact that people learn better when enjoying themselves! Include PAP™ in your programs and your client’s participation and innovation will skyrocket! When they feel safe, discussions are filled with more ideas, solutions, and answers.

Rona, with a little assistance from Jeffrey, share ways for you to successfully learn the value of PAP™ and the benefits of shifting from negativity, keeping minds optimistic, lowering stress levels and increasing the feeling of community and comfort.
