Know Your Client, Know Your Organization

Discover how to become your internal clients' trusted partners for success!

An internal client is someone we service internally - whether that be our peers, leaders, or executives. Building genuine, authentic, and collaborative work relationships is an investment in both time and effort.

In this workshop, you will gain a model for client interaction that will turn you into their "Advocate for Success." You'll hear about real-world scenarios that went well - and not so well - and how to make both situations work for you.

Lastly, we'll discuss the importance of understanding your client's Business Goals - and staying away from the "Mythical Unicorns" of theory in the business world.

Agenda:

6:00 - 6:30 PM: Check-In & Networking

6:30 - 8:00 PM: Program
