In a world where not many people have an excess of time to work on the culture or performance of their organization in multi-day retreats, practitioners need to have practical and elegant tools for boosting performance and engagement. A well stocked Organization Design toolkit helps us do just that.  Rachael will provide practical tools, examples and exercises based on Jay Galbraith’s Star Model.TM  Topics will include:

  • An overview of the Star Model
  • Working at the “right level” to redirect our trajectory
  • Practical questions to help leaders uncover issues and opportunities
  • Lessons learned the hard way
