This is a new GIG to the ATD-OC. It is a partner event with ATD-Los Angeles and ISPI-LA. It is a very different format from our usual SIGs and we know you will enjoy this new learning offering.
Our Session Format:
The GEMS RoundTable is an exciting approach that stimulates incredible conversation and insight around the topics and trends impacting our discipline.
We will read aloud the RoundTable Guidelines and the session article, Circle of Competence, Part I of II, for about 15 minutes. Then for the next 45 minutes, we offer everyone in attendance equal time to share their thoughts and experiences on or around the topic. Come explore with us!
