Most companies have a difficult time prioritizing activities within the organization. This leads to employees feeling overwhelmed and confused as to what is truly important. This can also lead to burnout by working over capacity for indefinite periods of time.

Just being busy does not mean that we are working effectively. Super charge your energy battery and become your own superpower in the age of distraction.

Through automation, elimination and/or delegation, together we will rethink what are our most pressing activities, so you can be free to focus on your greater YES!

This 90-minute virtual session, based on principles from Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits and 5 Choices and Michael Hyatt’s Free to Focus books, will introduce you to time and workload management principles and strategies to help you stay focused on what is truly important. You will also have the opportunity to engage and learn tips from your peers.

You will learn how to:

  • Focus on your highest priorities
  • Eliminate the unimportant
  • Make time for your big rocks
  • Say no positively
  • Consider how you manage your energy
