Understanding and Implementing Measurement for L&D

June, & September

The Next Generation of Learning and Development Professionals will speak the language of business – measurement.

In this fun and informative three session series Jeffrey Hansler and Rona Lewis, your BizSIG hosts, walk you through the value of measurement – especially to your future and career - and implementing measurement at your organization.

While you may be familiar with ROI, ROI is a small part of successfully communicating the value of your L&D efforts to your organization. Dave Vance and Peggy Parskey led the creation of the TDRp model (Talent Development Reporting principles), which is the complete package. And it is time for you to add it to your quiver of assets.

In three, 1-hour sessions, you will gain a solid foundation in their model and implementing it.

Session 2 (jun 8): You will learn

  • The three types of measures necessary for credibility
  • Creating a measurement strategy
  • Discussion learning with other attendees

Session 3 (Sep 7): You will learn:

  • The TDRp reporting framework
  • Resources required for reporting
  • Implementing your reporting strategy
  • Discussion learning with other attendees
