During this workshop, you will:

  • Take an Imposter Syndrome self-assessment
  • Examine the harmful effects of Imposter Syndrome
  • Learn techniques to help you overcome Imposter Syndrome
  • Complete various self-reflection exercises!

About the Presenter:

Kara Fasone, PhD (she/her), kara.fasone@oakstreethealth.com

Kara Fasone is a Talent Management Leader at Oak Street Health and an adjunct professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a passion for pushing others to reach their fullest potentials. She practices a people-focused and data-driven approach to exploring workplace behavior and building incredible employee experiences.

WHO WE ARE:

Young Professionals SIG is a collaborative community of young professionals from ATD-Los Angeles, ATD-Orange County, ATD San Diego and ATD Golden Gate Chapters.

Our network offers resources geared towards young professionals that help them advance their careers. From content and tools to activities and projects, we are here to engage with you to tackle today's toughest industry challenges and to grow as L&D professionals. The Young Professional Community is geared for those 35 and younger. However, everyone is welcome to attend.
