On the topic “Train the Trainers – Four P’s to Team Building Success” Stephanie will teach us an integrated project management approach to solution focused training delivery. The topic will include steps of an organized training process following the Project Management Book of Knowledge methodologies across training functions, including purpose, paradigm shift, people, and processes. You will learn how to achieve effective team building and winning online communication and collaboration that includes engaging virtual global teams.

Process methodologies are valuable across all levels of training.  Each participant will walk away with a refreshed approach to training delivery, while learning a few new tips.

About the Presenter: President/CEO, Stephanie Ardrey, from ArdreyGroup LLC, is a serial entrepreneur, having conceptualized and launched multiple business ventures since the tender age of eighteen. Her entrepreneurial and corporate experience has covered multiple industries including: real estate finance, construction and development, consumer goods, entertainment – music, film, and television, high-tech, financial services, insurance, municipalities and more. Stephanie has trained thousands of entrepreneurs nationally, and is an adjunct professor teaching in the Bachelor of Science and Arts programs at California State University, Los Angeles and FIDM/LA. She is the author of “Show me the money: the 9ps to profit!” – released in 2012
