The past few years of remote and disconnected work have taken a toll on human connection. It's getting increasingly harder to muster the energy and motivation it takes to truly make an impact at work.

In a training environment, the level of energy among the participants plays a key role in learning and retention. Without it, most leave uninspired and ill-equipped to put what they've learned into application. With the right energy in the room, the effectiveness soars

Attendees will learn key insights into the importance of energy management in a training environment. They'll walk away with actionable tools to use in a training environment.

1. Learn new ideas to put into practice

2. Confirm or challenge what you currently believe about your ability to manage and influence your own energy state

3. Network among like-minded training-focused peers.

We look forward to seeing you there!
