      About the Presenters:

      Nairee Bedikian-Nagao (she/her), ATD-LA YP Coordinator

      Nairee is a learning and talent development professional and storyteller at heart. Similar to her ATD Young Professionals peers, she has years of experience in corporate entertainment and higher education industries. She currently works at The Walt Disney Company as a Learning & Talent Representative supporting learning & leadership development, talent management, and onboarding. Her passion is to drive high-value impactful programs alongside unique engagement opportunities for employees at all levels in an organization.

      She received her M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University – Los Angeles and her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.

      On the weekends or in her spare time, Nairee can be found reading, walking her dog to new coffee shops or restaurants, or trying to perfect her espresso-making skills. She is so excited to be involved in the ATD-California Young Professionals SIG to provide learning and meaningful connection opportunities with fellow peers in the field.

      Jessica Del Rosario Dent (she/her), ATD-OC YP Coordinator

      Jessica is a learning and talent development professional with multi-industry experience in corporate and higher education, specializing in designing modern learning programs for functional and people skills training. She currently works as a Learning Experience Designer at Western Digital, a global leader in developing, manufacturing, and selling a wide range of data storage solutions.

      She holds a M.S. in Instructional Design & Technology from California State University, Fullerton and a B.A. in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University. She was also part of the Learning Guild’s 2022 Thirty Under 30 cohort, a program that enhances the visibility, voice, and development of the next generation of learning leaders.

      In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, attending USC football tailgates, and practicing hot yoga. She is excited to be part of the ATD-California Young Professionals SIG to support those early in their careers, whether they are recent college graduates or making a career pivot. 

      Christine Sanchez (she/her), ATD-OC YP Coordinator

      Christine is a dedicated learning and talent development professional who is enthusiastic about crafting engaging e-learning experiences. With prior experience as a Learning & Development Specialist in a digital advertising agency, she brought valuable insights to her work.

      She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. Currently, Christine is a devoted stay-at-home mom (SAHM) and is actively pursuing a certification and specialized studies program in e-learning Instructional Design at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.

      A fun fact about Christine is she loves camping and exploring the outdoors with her loved ones. She eagerly anticipates sharing her passion for nature with her son. As a member of the ATD-California Young Professionals SIG, she looks forward to making connections with fellow young professionals and contributing her expertise to support others in their learning journeys.

      WHO WE ARE:

      Young Professionals SIG is a collaborative community of young professionals from ATD-Los Angeles, ATD-Orange County, ATD San Diego and ATD Golden Gate Chapters.

      Our network offers resources geared towards young professionals that help them advance their careers. From content and tools to activities and projects, we are here to engage with you to tackle today's toughest industry challenges and to grow as L&D professionals. The Young Professional Community is geared for those 35 and younger. However, everyone is welcome to attend.
