In her research, leadership expert Liz Wiseman made a crucial discovery:

There’s far more intelligence and energy inside organizations than we realize. Leaders are key to unlocking these capabilities.

In this overview of Liz Wiseman’s Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Ignite Everyone’s Intelligence, attendees will learn about their Accidental Diminishing Tendencies and the 4 shifts that Multipliers make to create more of the “multiplier moments” that help Multipliers capture twice the intelligence of their people than do Diminishers.

The shifts are:

  • Ask Better Questions
  • Look for Genius
  • Create Space for Others
  • Offer Bigger Challenges

Are you under pressure to deliver results while facing challenges like these:

  • We can’t hire, but we need to grow.
  • We need everyone’s best, but people are burned out.
  • We’re okay today, but we’re not ready to compete tomorrow.
  • We have the best talent, but they’re not engaged.

In these circumstances, leaders can’t afford to waste talent. They need people to innovate, to solve problems, to deliver results—and to be excited and engaged as they do so.

This session will help you become a Multiplier who:

  • Accesses and uses the untapped capabilities on their teams.
  • Rekindles energy and enthusiasm as teams achieve stronger results.
  • Innovates by encouraging new and bold thinking.
  • Breaks through to new levels of performance by amplifying people’s intelligence.
  • Delivers stronger results as people grow and teams excel.

Learn, connect and grow in this interactive session as you share ideas and experiences in group chat, watch several short informative videos from the author of the content, and engage in breakout group activities where you will share insights with your group mates about how you can create “The Multiplier Effect.”

You will leave the session with insights that can be immediately applied within your most important professional and personal relationships.
