We're excited to be meeting with Dr. James Heideman, the author of the book: "Practically Competent: Navigating Organizational Currents."
We'll discuss with Dr. Heideman the lessons learned over 30 years as an Instructional Technology Professional (ITP), which led him to create the individual capabilities hierarchy that could apply to all talent developers seeking to impact organizational capability.
We'll also interview Dr. Heideman about the writing process.
Dr. Heideman is the published author of several articles for ATD and AETC. We'll ask about the thought process behind sharing one's professional experiences, and the steps he took to get his book published.
