Have a Nice Conflict

Presented by Tim Scudder

The cost of interpersonal conflict represents a $359 billion problem and opportunity in the United States.  How much is conflict costing your organization, and what would it be worth to not just save these costs, but to turn them into benefits?

This program focuses creating value during conflict. This begins with an understanding of the experience of conflict for oneself and others. Learners will be introduced to the Five Keys to Having a Nice Conflict:

  1. Anticipate when and where conflict is likely to occur.
  2. Prevent the conflicts that are preventable.
  3. More quickly Identify conflicts when they begin – as opposed to finding out too late.
  4. Manage the interpersonal experience of conflict.
  5. Resolve the issue in a way that strengthens relationships and improves results.

All attendees will receive a copy of Tim's book, Have a Nice Conflict.
