Project Team Triage

Presented by Lou Russell

(Please note this is an evening meeting)

It’s a great practice to do a post-project review after a very significant and difficult learning project, but wouldn’t it be better to do it before or during a project so that the project could be saved?

Learn about ways to facilitate project team discussions quickly and effectively, and improve your project throughout before it’s too late. This session provides a peek into the inner-workings of a project team. You will explore what changes a project creates and how that affects engagement.

Learn why people are and aren’t engaged by discovering your own personal Behavioral and Motivational Styles and how these simple, yet very unique characteristics can change the dynamic of a team and their engagement.

You’ll leave with easy-to-use and easy-to-build status reports and ways to monitor change without losing engagement of your team members.
