This practical workshop will provide you with a foundational understanding of solution-focused coaching methodologies and a chance to apply them in real-time coaching exercises.

Through small group breakouts, ATD members will rotate between the roles of Coach, Coachee, and Observer, allowing for real-time practice, feedback, and skill refinement.

Drawing on her extensive experience in coaching, leadership, and HR strategy, Nancy will provide practical insights into integrating coaching into talent management, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives. With her wealth of expertise in coaching as a leadership tool, Nancy continues to help organizations navigate complexity, build resilient teams, and create high-performance cultures through coaching.

Coaching & Facilitation Expertise

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Nancy brings a solution-focused approach to leadership development, guiding executives, managers, and teams to unlock their potential. She is a facilitator and mentor at Erickson Coaching International, where she trains leaders globally in The Art & Science of Coaching™ and has contributed to the development of Coaching Competencies for Leaders—a program designed to embed coaching as a core leadership skill within organizations.

Nancy has facilitated coaching and leadership programs for a diverse range of industries and trained and mentored coaches and leaders worldwide. She has also been a Performance Coach with Apollo Education Group, where she coached senior leaders across the Western United States, and has held certifications in Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II and Franklin Covey’s Speed of Trust.

HR & Change Leadership

Nancy has a strong foundation in HR, learning & development, and change management, having worked in high-profile organizations such as Cartier (Richemont Group), where she supported leaders at all levels through coaching, training, and talent development strategies. She currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Maricopa Community College, leading initiatives in employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. With a servant leadership approach, Nancy has successfully led and developed top-performing teams, inspiring many of her team members to rise into senior leadership positions. She is passionate about helping organizations embed coaching cultures that drive performance, resilience, and meaningful change.
