Explore your role as the Director of your own movie at work. Learn the method of improvisation to improve team dynamics from zero to 60 seconds. This interactive session will emphasize key principles that will enable you to listen more effectively, speak extemporaneously, generate new ideas and provide real-time feedback to deliver the ultimate masterpiece at work.

About the Speaker: Robin McNatt is a senior organizational development and human resources professional who is most recognized for her ability to get things done. Her dynamic career includes developing executive leadership, designing and implementing integrated human resources systems and facilitating organizational change. She is also the Founder of StyleLaughter Improvisation Comedy Troupe and performs shows to raise money for nonprofit organizations in Orange County.
