Marian Anderson is the Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development at Edwards Lifesciences. Marian has a long history in Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development. Her experience in leading teams and driving to results make a significant impact and her programs receive high marks for their relevance and productivity.

Gina Codd is the Sr. Director of Human Resources for the Transcatheter Heart Valve division of Edwards Lifesciences. She started her career in Human Resources over 20 years ago at American Express and has worked in various industries including financial services, high-hazard manufacturing and HR Outsourcing.
