Since joining the Website Team in April, Kristen has applied her expertise in project management, design, and training development to implement many improvements. In July, she began leading an initiative to develop a training library for new Website volunteers. Currently, Kristen is affiliated with the Chamberlain Group, a financial services firm based in Irvine. Her background includes leadership roles in system development, technology solutions, training, and social media.  In June, she graduated from ASTD-OC’s Total Trainer program.
