Jen has:

• Helped lead Total Trainer students in the creation of a training program for Hyundai Capital America
• Facilitated the design and development phase of the project;
• Co-facilitated its needs analysis.

In addition, she co-developed and co-delivered the Needs Analysis session of the Total Trainer, and gave course instructors valuable feedback and suggestions for improving future Total Trainer sessions. Not only did Jen contribute at every stage of the project lifecycle, but she did so with enthusiasm, creativity, and a spirit of collaboration, which furthered the entire team's success and inspired your team members.
