Gloria Hays is the organizer of ATD-OC's workshop,"The Five Behaviors Of A Cohesive Team," which held April 19, and featured CareerConnection founder, Jan Slater. Also, thanks to her dedication and expert networking, students of Total Trainer University can learn to create training by serving the learning and development needs of companies in Orange County. As Vice President of Professional Development for 2015 and 2016, Gloria benefitted Chapter members with an offering of workshops on Storyline, Gamification, and other topics.
