The ATD-OC Membership Team orients and welcomes new members, keeps in touch with them throughout their membership and strives to help them meet their needs. The team also conducts outreach efforts to potential members. 

If you join the membership team, you can help with any one of the following activities...or as many as you like:

• Serve as a New Member Ambassador to welcome new members and guests at Monthly Learning Events
• Lead New Member Orientations
• Make welcome/orientation calls to new members
• Participate in training outreach to targeted groups such as training managers or students
• Help lead or participate in special projects such as improving the New Member Onboarding process or surveying current members about their membership needs
• Partner with other team members as a volunteer coordinator
