Company culture has become a hot topic in the last 5 years or so years. It comes up in articles, presentations, business discussion and at major conferences. Is it much ado about nothing, is it the flavor of the month, or is it at the very core of our business? Marquis McCraw will share his valuable experience of building and maintaining company culture at King’s Hawaiian.

Topics to be covered:

  • Why is company culture important?
  • What areas of the company are impacted by culture?
  • How do I define my company’s culture?
  • How do we maintain the culture?
  • How do you get new employees to understand and buy into the culture?

Please join us for this intriguing discussion with a leader in the field.
