In environments where more and more organizations are competing for resources and attempting to do more with less, talent developers, HR professionals, and learning leaders are facing increased pressure to show how training investments contribute to strategic business measures and add bottom line value. Yet many TD professionals struggle to link learning to performance and to provide the kind of evidence-based measures of learning effectiveness that CEOs and stakeholders have come to expect.

Through real-world case examples and practical tips and tools, this interactive webinar will highlight proven practices for demonstrating the impact of learning.

You’ll walk away with job-aids that can be immediately used to enhance the business value of your learning efforts and grow your credibility as a strategic business partner.

In this session you’ll:

  1. Identify multiple measures of learning impact
  2. Discover best practices for measuring how learning is transferred to the job
  3. Explore ways to evaluate the business impact of learning
  4. Increase your credibility as a strategic business partner

Audience:

  • Instructional Designers seeking to identify ways to measure the effectiveness of their training initiatives
  • Talent Development Leaders seeking to communicate the value of training to organizational leaders
