TMMU – Training Management Meet Up is Special Interest Group (SIG) of ATD Orange County. It is where training leaders across the county come together to share resources and lessons learned for the benefit of all.


Tipping the Scales in the Great Worker Reshuffle

While employers have been scrambling to keep up with changes in the workplace, successful talent development leaders are proactively positioning their organization to survive today and in the future. Join us for a panel discussion as we learn from three different organizations how they are answering the following questions: 

  • How are they navigating talent shortages including the strategies used to influence business leaders to alleviate impacts created by the shortages? What conversations are they having with internal business managers? 
  • How are they preparing for resentment from long time employees and potential future waves of resignations? 
  • How is the talent development function working with leaders to prepare for future economic conditions and the long-term impacts of additional personnel costs due to the pandemic? What tactics are being put into place now so the business can thrive in the future?
